2012 Election

Polls show Obama ahead of Romney in early August in the run up to the 2012 election.  One thing Obama says is true. It is a watershed election and the choice voters make in November will decide the future of the Nation.  It is a clear difference.

With Obama we get more federal government, more federal intrusion into our lives, more federal disruption of the economy, more destruction of our system of federalism, and more failed federal programs.

With Romney we get a rein on the growth and instrusion of the federal goverment into our lives and, hopefully, a brake on the runaway federal spending.  Without fiscal restraint and common sense approaches to federalism, the Nation (the federal government) is doomed to fail. Which raises a question.

Is the federal government the same thing as the Nation?

Show up at the Chick-fil-A stores and support the right to speak your opinion and to state your beliefs whether the Left agrees or not.

2012 - Smoke amd Mirrors

Another version - Smoke and Mirrors 3.1 - from the Obama regime is trying to convince enough voters to to re-elect him and to do further damage to the Nation with crazy economic polices and wild social experiments. The main question is, as it was in 2008, will American voters fall again for the rhetoric and stylish telepromter readings.
